Frequently asked questions for everyone regarding my shop:
1. When will my item ship?
I have transferred here from Etsy (though I am still on Etsy too!), and as a lot off people know, Etsy specializes in things that are made for their customers. I have to go through a print process for every order I get. When you order an item, I will put it in the print queue as soon as possible. All items take between 6-10 business days to make. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Smaller items like pillow cases are usually on the shorter end, T-shirts and hoodies take longer as they are an involved process ( they are 3D designed). Occasionally, an item can take a bit longer, but it's not usual. Please understand your item is made to order, and will be shipped as soon as it is completed.
When I ship your item, I will contact you and provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number in your countries local online postal service web site. Items usually take between 9-14 business days to reach their destination. At times, it can take longer depending on your country, or at peak seasons like Christmas. During the holidays, post offices get congested and shipping slows down.
3. Why is my tracking number not working?
Remember your item is being shipped internationally (for most people). It spends time in a sorting facility at it's origin, and then in the air. It will only show up in your countries local postal system 3-6 days after it has been shipped. Then they will scan the package into the system as it reaches the destination sorting facility. Then it will show up in online tracking.
4. Can you make me an item with another character?
I'm an illustrator and can't create custom artwork for items. Sorry! These paintings take awhile to make and have a high level of detail.
5. How do I contact you with a question?
